A number of attack mailers, text messages, and paid online ads are coming from a group called Nevadans for Reliable, Renewable, & Affordable Energy. Make no mistake, this is a fake organization funded by NV Energy and Southwest Gas. They want to keep ripping you off, so they are spending big on lies and distractions.

Throughout my career, I have successfully fought NV Energy and Southwest Gas, saving Nevada ratepayers millions of dollars and stopping them from increasing pollution. They know I will stop them from being able to raise rates, so now they are funding lies to keep me out of office. Check the facts here.

Is Vinny an Anarcho Syndicalist/Democratic Libertarian Socialist?	I’m running as a Democrat to represent the constituents of Assembly District 41. What I care about is freedom, and I believe the government should help everyone in need. I support workers’ rights and democracy.
Does Vinny want to abolish the Supreme Court and the Senate?	State Legislatures generally do not have legislative power over federal judicial and legislative bodies. I do not support abolishing the Senate, but I do support reforming the filibuster. I do not support abolishing the Supreme Court, but I do support impeaching Supreme Court justices who accept bribes, as well as justices who lie about their past sexual misconduct.
Does Vinny want to “legalize all drugs”?	I am against organized crime drug trafficking that preys on young people in need of work, and others who are suffering from addiction. I believe that we should not waste tax money incarcerating people suffering from addiction. For people dealing with substance abuse problems, instead of jail, we should provide better support for addiction treatment, rehab, and mental health.
Does Vinny want to raise my taxes?	The only taxes I want to raise are on billionaires, data centers, and the hedge funds that bought up all our housing. Private jets too! They should at least pay the same gas tax as the rest of us.
Who is Vinny fighting for?	As the only candidate rejecting corporate donations in this race, I am fighting for our community, and that’s who I will respond to when elected. I am the only candidate endorsed by a majority of local labor unions, public safety and first responders, veterans, mothers, small business owners, healthcare providers, teachers, students, and local organizations fighting for environmental, immigrant, racial, and LGBTQ+ justice. When I get to the State Legislature, these are the communities I will fight to empower and support.
